Food Manufacturing company located in the Las Vegas area is seeking an experienced Plant Manager. This person will oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's operations, including production, supply chain, and plant management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree 
- At least 5+ years plant management experience in food manufacturing. 
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of production systems and equipment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
