Location: Oklahoma City

Salary: $150,000-$170,000

Job Description

The Plant Manager is responsible for maximizing manufacturing output while ensuring quality and cost efficiency. This role includes general supervision of all plant operations, covering production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Oversight: Ensure compliance with safety policies and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Budget Management: Oversee the planning and execution of the annual budget.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor key metrics, including safety incident rates, quality audit results, production performance, employee management, and material efficiency.

Leadership Duties

• Execute full leadership responsibilities in alignment with company policies.
• Manage hiring, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution for staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in manufacturing, including 2 years in a managerial role.

Working Conditions
