Required Traits:

• Strong Business and Leadership Acumen, Desire to grow as an Impact Leader, Loves People and Believing in and Coaching others, Passionate About LEAN & Continuous Improvement.

  Skills

• Understanding of Business Accounting, Leadership, Coaching, Communicating in difficult situations at Times

• Spanish Speaking is a plus - or willingness to learn more Spanish as a conversational language.

• Mechanical Skills, Light Engineering Skills, Risk Assessment, Business Strategy, Management, Operations

  Company Vision:

  Compensation:

  80K to 90K Base + Uncapped Performance Bonus (i.e., Bonus currently averaging $7-15K annually, but increasing as the business grows), Bonuses Paid Quarterly, Matching 401K

  Relocation expenses will be considered as well.
