- Ideal Candidate has 5 years concrete precast manufacturing experience, w/5 years in DOT related precast.
- 3 years of management experience (Plant, Production, QC, etc...)
- Mix Design and/or Batch Plant experience
- Related Bachelors or equivalent experience necessary
- Excellent leadership, communication and people skills.
- Good planning skills.
- Good knowledge of computers - Excel, Word, Project
- Excellent relationship building
