The Plant Production Manager will continue to build onto our open book culture through consistent team development, strategic thinking, and results-oriented performance. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Plant Production Manager will work cross-departmentally to establish a world class safety program, produce high quality products, and lower costs through effective manpower planning and continuous improvement. This leader will utilize strong communication, data driven decision making, and critical thinking to meet or exceed the company goals.

- Role model for the CNH Reman Mission, Vision, Values, and Beliefs
- Lead and professionally develop a team of highly skilled Supervisors and 120+ direct employees
- Encourage an environment that fosters ideas for improvement in safety, quality, productivity, etc.
- Develop annual budget and quarterly forecasts for company financials such as Labor, Overhead Absorption, and Overhead Spending
- Monitor and manage departmental metrics, analyze trends to identify opportunities and close gaps
- Work closely with Sales and Operations planning to understand demand, capacity planning, and manpower planning
- Aide in the design of technical training programs and leverage training resources to effectively develop future leaders and long-term team members
- Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
- Resolve issues in partnership with engineering, materials, purchasing, and sales
- Aide in the development, implementation, and enforcement of Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Aide in the development, implementation, and enforcement of Quality policies and procedures to ensure product quality expectations are met or exceeded.
- Actively communicate and participate in problem-solving with managers and staff from other departments.
- Managers are expected to exhibit excellent leadership qualities. Demonstrated ability in four areas is required:
- Change Leader: Lead the way in identification and implementation of opportunities for the organization to improve in all areas of the business. Cultivate ideas, support implementation.

Identify and develop team members to support the succession plan. Provide training opportunities for team members to ensure they are competent and will Excel in their job functions.
- Understand and teach the principles of Open Book Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Engineering is preferred with a minimum of 7 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or related field required
- In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience is required
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to think strategically while understanding the big picture.
- Work well under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute upon aggressive goals, objectives, and action items.
