Plant Manager Steel Fabrication Plant at Judge Group

The Judge Group is seeking a Plant Manager with Steel Fabrication / Preconstruction Steel Girder Manufacturing experience in the Concord, VA area. 

COMPENSATION: $100k – 125k

LOCATION: Onsite

RELOCATION: Provided for the right candidate

MUST HAVE: 5+ years of experience in a management capacity in a Preconstruction Steel Girder Manufacturing plant.

MUST BE: A US Citizen or a Green Card holder living in the US currently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-  Lead in safety and compliance activities.  Strictly enforce all company policies and procedures

-  Training employees in all areas of the manufacturing process (Quality, operations, Safety PPE, Crane, Lift, Rigging)

-  Promote employee and safety and continuous improvement

-  Manage Supervisors and support personnel

-  Train and developing Supervisors

-  Oversee Maintenance of equipment

-  Oversee Capital Projects in the plant

-  Developing strong relationships with suppliers and contractors

-  Schedule appropriate personnel and resources
