Are you a person who enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing work environment? If so, the Plant Office Administrator in our Animal Nutrition plant would be a good fit for you.
This position is responsible for supporting the administration of our company quality program as well as performing office administrative duties, to help ensure all products manufactured by our animal feed manufacturing plant are made safely and comply with FDA/EQMS (Enterprise Quality Management Systems)/Feed Safety programs and meet customer expectations to achieve consistent quality levels.
Duties will include, but not limited to; Completion of daily quality checks and paperwork, filing daily paperwork, invoice reconciliation and purchase order generation, assisting in inventory management, helping support and update quality plans and programs, answering the phone, assisting anyone that comes into the plant, preparing daily production paperwork, providing back up for Production Supervisor administrative duties, providing administrative duties for plant manager.
Day Shift - Hours flexible. 30 hours a week with potential of extra hours as needed
Pay: $21.50/hr
Experience & Education (Required):
- High School Degree
- 6+ months administrative experience
Experience & Education (Preferred):
- 2+ years administrative experience

- Must possess strong administrative skills in customer service, quality, and safety.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative Team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to plan and organize.
- Must be detailed oriented and have great organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency
- Unquestionable integrity, customer focus, and detail orientation.
Competencies & Other Skills (Preferred):
- Ability to execute Operator EQMS Standards training and development.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Quality and/or Regulatory experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks or assignments.
- Proven experience facilitating and understanding safety and quality programs.
- Handle customer complaints correctly and with urgency to communicate with all parties involved.
