Maintenance Supervisor Summary
This position is to manage and coordinate the daily administrative activities of the maintenance department including but not limited to work order management, invoicing, scheduling, access management, and compliance record keeping.
Maintenance Supervisor Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare operations preferred.
- Certification in a relevant performance improvement or project management methodology, preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Suite computer proficiency, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experienced with finance and accounting skills with regards to the oversight of a departmental budget.
- Proven ability to collaboratively develop, articulate and execute effective strategy.
- This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population.
