Position Summary:
Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives, and to meet regulatory requirements.. This position is responsible for directing, coordinating, assigns, oversees and provides work direction to the Plant Operations Manager, Techs, Engineers and Coordinator. This position assists with projects and preventive maintenance as assigned.
FLSA: Exempt
Minimum Qualifications:
X High school diploma or equivalent, Technical or Vocational Training Required
X Certification in area of expertise preferred (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry) Preferred
x Bachelor’s degree - Must be obtain within 4 years from hire
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Licenses: Valid Drivers License. Proof of vehicle insurance on hire
Fingerprint Clearance Card underway on hire, Card must be turned in within 60 days after hire
