Plant Reliability & Maintenance Manager
We are looking for a Plant Reliability & Maintenance Manager that is ready to build a world class reliability process and team.You will partner with a COO who has a vision and plan to drive performance through a reliability first approach.You will be joining a team that believes that delivering excellence in reliability will drive the key metrics of a food and beverage plant including:

You will have the support of a leader who has run maintenance, and built business optimization and operational excellence programs, combining Reliability with Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM processes into a focused processes designed to drive excellence.
Responsibilities
·Continue to build and develop a new CMMS system to ensure that the entire workflow process is active including work order requests, work order approval, work order planning, scheduled maintenance, down day planning and execution, along with a precision approach to making sustainable repairs and improvements to all plant assets.Develop plans to close any gaps identified.
·Evaluate current staffing to ensure proper levels along with proper skill sets for all direct reports and develop plans to close any gaps identified.
·Provide leadership and clear direction around critical spare parts and spare parts inventory management.Focus on budgetary compliance and participate in daily production meetings to enable success of the entire plant.
·Provide on the floor problem solving to build capability of maintenance technicians and key operations team members.Must have strong experience sourcing parts and finding ways to repair parts that cannot be sourced or have long order times.
·Engage in continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency, quality and throughput of all lines.Strong application of Theory of Constraints will be driven as a plant team.
·This person must be able to communicate a clear vision and direction, and gain support from key stakeholders.
·Must be passionate and committed to working with the team to drive out waste and limit operational losses using above mentioned tools and processes.
·Provides technical guidance and expertise, assisting and coaching Maintenance, Operations, and QA on an ongoing basis
·Tracks and evaluates maintenance performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), generating reports through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in alignment with Maintenance Excellence initiatives
·Identifies and implements operational and cost savings improvements routinely
·Sets and delivers R&M Budgets; manage parts inventory levels to optimal levels
·Assists in the preparation of site strategy development and annual capital plans
·Maintains compliance in HACCP, GMP and OSHA requirements. Ensures city, county, state, and federal regulations are met at all times
·Builds a strong maintenance community through constant communication, recognition and coaching of technicians, and planning.
·Accountable for managing and performance of all site utilities including boilers, refrigeration systems, air compressors, water sourcing, electrical systems, HVAC and building maintenance per PSM, and related permitted and regulated requirements
·Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, will lead root cause analysis to solve problems and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
·3-5 years of experience in plant/ site maintenance.
·Proven track record of successful maintenance management and/or plant engineering, preferably in a food/beverage manufacturing environment
·Previous experience within food and beverage, high speed filling and aseptic process a plus
·Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field preferred
·Experience in Procurement of vendors and parts related to operation of plant and equipment
·Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting of the following: electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, welding, machining and fabricating. Demonstrated proficiency with PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, and ability to read ladder logic and electrical schematics considered a plus.
·Experience with a maintenance system is strongly preferred.
·Demonstrated knowledge and skills in workplace safety and food safety systems
·Demonstrated project management, prioritization and problem-solving skills
