We process more than 11 million tons of waste annually, converting 6.7 million tons of waste into clean, renewable energy that powers 340,000 homes. We recycle more than 234,000 tons of plastic, paper, and metals from the waste stream.
Our WIN Waste Innovations facility is currently seeking a Plant Services Manager. The Plant Services Manager is responsible for providing technical resource to the field E&I and maintenance personnel, to facilitate the correct application of technologies, people, and procedures in the electrical, instrumentation and controls aspects of our business
Responsibilities:
Oversees electrical and instrumentation functions at the plant level to ensure higher standards of compliance are met, evaluates risks and recommends corrective action.
+ Evaluate risk of failure of plant components and recommend corrective action programs, spares and contingency plans.
+ Develop electrical, instrumentation and controls programs -- including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, standard operating and troubleshooting procedures
+ Troubleshoot field electrical, instrumentation and controls problems as they arise. Work with field personnel for resolution.
+ Understand requirements of North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and assist facilities with compliance.
+ Document existing controls logic and electrical configurations.
+ Oversee and evaluate outage, cold-iron outage and turbine work as required.
+ Support completion of written reports on observations, actions and recommendations after trips to our facilities, suppliers and benchmark facilities as needed.
+ Council E&I personnel on professional development. Assist managers in the evaluation and development of their technicians.
+ Evaluate talent in the E&I departments. Advise on raises, promotions, and skills development activities.
+ Manage engineers and contractors in the design and execution of facility improvement projects, as required.
+ Work with safety personnel as required to advance safe work practices, training, and procedures.
+ Evaluate equipment failure and maintenance information from the CMMS to identify opportunities for improvement in electrical, instrumentation and controls procedures.
+ Participate in annual budget process as directed
+ Ability to understand troubleshoots and programs PLCs and DCS systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
The following are the minimum qualifications for this position.
+ 4 to 7 years of refuse and biomass experience or related process industry with at least 2 to 3 years of management experience leading a work team.
+ Hands on troubleshooting and procedure development experience required
+ Experience leading, guiding, and influencing internal employees and external contractors.
+ Up to 75% travel

+ Access confined spaces and pressure vessels through standard 12" by 16" manways

Work in areas under adverse conditions that may require the donning and use of personal protective equipment including, but not limited to, the following with average fatigue:
