Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our renowned practice. This position offers an initial 1099 status with a pathway to partnership or profit sharing after establishing a strong clientele base.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures, including facial, breast, body, hair rejuvenation, and non-surgical aesthetics.
- Provide consultations, assessments, and personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct surgical procedures in our state-of-the-art operating rooms.
- Collaborate with our team of skilled professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold the highest standards of surgical excellence, patient safety, and ethical practices.
- Participate in practice development activities and marketing initiatives to attract new patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Minimum Background Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
- Minimum of two years of experience in plastic surgery practice.
- Proficiency in a wide range of surgical procedures, including facial, breast, body, and hair rejuvenation.
- Demonstrated expertise in non-surgical aesthetics, including facial fillers and Botox.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to practice growth.
