| Plastics Engineer Process Engineer Manufacturing Engineer Plastic Molding Injection Mold Blow Extrusion Tooling Designer Moldmaking Lean Applications Thermoplastics Thermoset _ . Seeking experienced Project Engineer to head and support improvement of processes and the launch of new plastic molded components. Shall: *** Support product design team especially on manufacturability and tooling issues. *** Develop and improve molding techniques and train employees accordingly. *** Determine cost effective mold designs and resolve mold design issues collaborating with customers and suppliers. *** Implement Quality Management System protocols for new products. *** Plan for short and long-term needs of manufacturing and participate in sourcing, purchase and commissioning of necessary equipment for optimization of factory. Qualifications: *** BS in Engineering or similar technical degree. *** 3+ years track record leading development of plastic and rubber parts and solving manufacturing problems. *** Experience in Validation of system. Potential total compensation package to $160,000 with peformance bonus, company paid family doctor, hospitalization, prescription, dental and vision as well as life and disability insurance.
