WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Platform Configuration Analyst supports the Payroll, Integrations, Reporting, Billing & Tax product line within our Platform Configuration team. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our configuration strategy, serving as a Level 2 subject matter expert and escalation point. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure configurations meet standards and align with business goals. Key stakeholders include Implementation, Service Delivery, and Service Enablement teams. Responsibilities include:
- Govern configuration standards through regular inspections and early warning systems to mitigate risks and respond rapidly to errors.
- Monitor adherence to configuration templates, adjusting as needed to close any gaps and ensure standards are operationalized effectively.
- Optimize product usage across platforms by supporting the Payroll, Integrations, Reporting, Billing & Tax configuration strategy and helping prioritize new features.
- Oversee the rollout of platform changes, ensuring minimal disruption to clients and stakeholders.
- Test new features, troubleshoot system issues, and escalate vendor-related problems as necessary.
- Manage system-level maintenance and configurations for the Payroll, Integrations, Reporting, Billing & Tax product line.
- Create, update, and govern training and collateral materials to ensure product proficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert for demos, rapid-response scenarios, and key feature functions.
- Manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with priorities, making the team's next steps visible and clear to all stakeholders.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience administering complex Payroll, Integrations, Reporting, Billing & Tax systems for multiple clients. PEO and HRO experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and navigating/configuring HRIS systems (iSolved, Prism, Ulti preferred).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective public speaking and precise writing.
- Collaboration: Team player with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive products to success.
- Decision-Making: Balanced, logical decision-making that anticipates consequences and uses common sense.
- Analytical Ability: Skilled at identifying root causes, analyzing data from various sources, and offering deep insights.

- Competitive Pay & Benefits: We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work. The pay range for this role is $64,900.00 - $89,500.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
