passion for leadership and innovation? AriensCo is looking for a
Platform Engineering Manager to set the technical vision for a product
family and lead a dynamic team in bringing these products to life.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Engineering & Advanced
Technology, this position is located in Brillion, WI. Join us and lead
the future of engineering at AriensCo! DAY TO DAY... Assemble and
manage the multidisciplinary technical team that delivers the strategic
engineering vision of a product platform Responsible for all work
produced by the team members Responsible for product launch timelines
and resource management to hit those timelines Drive innovation
activities within the engineering team and hold team members accountable
to push innovation projects forward to conclusion Contribute to
strategic and tactical plans to support the broader business plan
Prepare engineering documents including cost estimates, appropriation
requests, project schedules, and design specifications Lead technical
design reviews related to technology and sub-systems that will be used
on assigned platform and innovation projects Continuously monitor group
work and mentors team members on best practices for executing project
work QUALIFICATIONS... Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a
four-year accredited institution with the focus being relevant to the
job requirements of the technical team that he/she manages (example:
