Job Responsibilities

• Compensation (Range): $44-$47/ hour:
• Use Vis Plant monitoring software to review cycle times of automation, review and follow up automation projects and installations
• Troubleshoot PLC, robot, and other automation problems
• Update program backups for automation
• Program new installations of Body tooling and conveyor systems

Job Requirements

• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls (RSLogix)
• Electrical Background (electrician or technician)
• Related experience o Allen Bradley Panel View use/programming AB Servo and AB VFD drives
• Familiarity with VFD's, Armor starts, encoders, network/Ethernet controls
• Experience Preferred:
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience
• Strong problem-solving skills, including 8Ds, FMEAs, and DMAICs
• Education Required: High School Diploma
• Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Work fully on site. Must be able to available to work overtime, nights, and weekends
