Description:
Seeking a tech/analyst with a strong background in CAD/PLM.
Daily Tasks Performed
CAD/PLM Application Support:
- Engage with various departmental design teams to resolve their CAD/PLM application issues, including Teamcenter, NX, 3DExperience, and CATIA V61.
- Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Teamcenter, NX, 3DExperience, and CATIA V62.
Data Management & Collaboration:
- Facilitate data sharing and management with partner companies.
- Support Unit, Department Projects on 3DExperience CATIA V6, NX and Coordinate issues
- Understand and convert different CAD formats.
Technical Coordination & Maintenance:
- Manage the installation and updates of NX and Teamcenter.
- Collaborate with departments for effective IT support.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Compile weekly support activity reports for management.
- Develop and maintain documentation and installation procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience with CAD/PLM tools like Teamcenter, NX, 3DExperience, and CATIA V64.
- Proficiency in NX large assembly management, CATIA V5/V6 (3D Experience) modeling, and advanced data exchange methods5.
- Experience in design using Teamcenter/NX applications and 3D Experience is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to teach best practices in CAD & PLM.
