Your New Role as a Residential Plumbing Technician

As our skilled Residential Plumbing Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers. Your role includes diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues, guiding customers through informed decisions, and maintaining a top-notch company truck. You’ll communicate closely with dispatch, management, and other team members, ensuring an exceptional customer experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems with expertise and precision.
• Educate and guide customers through informed decisions on their plumbing needs.
• Maintain open communication with dispatch, management, and team members.
• Keep your company truck clean, stocked, and ready for service calls.
• Complete paperwork professionally and accurately.
• Represent our company with a clean and professional appearance.
• Stay on top of your game through continuous training.

• 3-5 years of Journeyman-level experience in residential plumbing.
• Valid Journeyman Plumber license.
• Residential plumbing experience, especially in handling service calls.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
