Repairs and maintains the Park Authority facilities and plumbing and sewer system. Works alongside the Plumber-II to perform daily and weekly inspections of all the Park Authority outdoor and indoor restrooms, offices, pump houses, recreation centers, and camp sites. Performs comprehensive and preventative maintenance repairs. Renovates and installs new restroom fixtures and plumbing lines. Works with contractors during renovations. Assists in the preparation and cost estimates of new installation and repairs. Establishes standard operating procedures and initiates appropriate corrective measures per county codes.
