Detay Inc. is looking for a skilled Plumber to join our team at McClellan Air Force Base. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and components according to specifications and industry standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
- Modify and upgrade existing plumbing systems to improve performance or meet new requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure the optimal functionality of plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to service requests and ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards for plumbing systems.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment (up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs.]).
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for extended periods.
- Capable of working in diverse physical conditions, including confined spaces and at elevated heights.
- Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
- Maneuver around job sites, climb ladders, and navigate uneven surfaces.
- Good vision for accurate measurements and assessments, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Requirements:
- Vehicle Registration or Rental Contract
- Vehicle Insurance
- Driver’s License
- Government recognized ID (for others in the vehicle)
- Ability to Clear Background Check
- Minimum of four years of experience as a plumber or equivalent experience.
- Valid certification or license related to plumbing with a photo.
