Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve plumbing problems, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Communicate with clients to explain plumbing issues and recommend appropriate services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and any recommendations for future maintenance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience.
- Graduate from a trade/vocational school plumbing program or other construction-related program is a plus.
- Familiarity with required plumbing codes and regulations and tools of the trade.
- Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a drug/alcohol test.
- OSHA 10-Hour or other construction safety training is desirable.
- The physical ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds as well as climb ladders and work in ceilings, crawl spaces, chases and other confined work areas.
