• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including faucets, toilets, sinks, and water heaters in both residential and commercial environments.
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and implement effective solutions to resolve them efficiently.
• Assist in the installation of new plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, and fixtures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Provide drainage and sewer services, including cleaning and video inspections to assess the condition of pipes.
• Interact with clients professionally, explaining the nature of the work, providing accurate estimates, and answering any questions.
• Ensure a clean and safe worksite by following all safety protocols and maintaining work areas.
• Document all completed work, materials used, and client interactions to ensure clear communication with team members and management.
• Participate in washroom remodeling projects by integrating plumbing systems into new designs.

• 1-5 years of experience in the plumbing field.
• A minimum of 8,000 working hours with a plumbing company.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications for plumbing systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
