Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
* Knowledge of building codes
* Assemble, install, alter plumbing systems
* Install water heating systems
* Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
* Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
* Adhere to safety policies and procedures
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
* Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
* Installing copper, cast iron, and PVC/CPVC pipes, along with drain, sewer, and gas lines
* Utilizing hand tools and cutters to cut pipe to desired lengths and electric threaders as well as hand threaders to thread pipe
Qualifications:
* Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
* Prior experience in plumbing with minimum 3 years of experience
* Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade
* E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA
* Verifiable work history that confirms your experience in the trade
