GET TO KNOW THIS ESTIMATION ROLE

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with typical hours of 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, depending on workload. Flexibility for occasional weekend work may be required for urgent matters.

Your Typical Day: As a Plumbing Estimator, you start your day at our La Habra office, collaborating with our director of sales and business development manager. In this estimation position, you then dive into reviewing RFPs and gathering key information for estimates. As you prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for our innovative trenchless and commercial plumbing services, you effortlessly interpret construction plans and project specifications. Your day is filled with calculating project costs, maintaining organized documentation, and ensuring that every estimate aligns with our strategic vision. Your expertise plays a crucial role in driving our success!

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in construction estimating, particularly in CIPP, SIPP, pipe bursting, trenchless technologies, or commercial plumbing
• Ability to accurately read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently
