As a key member of the team, your primary responsibilities would include developing and leading the new plumbing division with the company.

Plumbing Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage.
• Knowledge of local building plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing challenges accordingly.
• Communication and intrapersonal skills, including customer service.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with the intricacies of working with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and measurement conversion.
• Must possess Maine State Journeyman/ or Master plumbing license
• Must possess a valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Heating Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years maintenance and repair on heating equipment
• Propane/Natural Gas Basic License for ME
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently when running jobs

Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
