More About the Position:- Pay minimum at $18 per hour & can increase based on skill level
- Perform outbound communication with customer on all aspects of job including day before and day of confirmation calls
- Working through teams, phone calls, and outlook to communicate with the technicians
- Ability to reschedule jobs with customers and technicians
- Assists with permits as needed
- Ability to adapt, flex, and change depending on the call
- Experience with Microsoft office tools, including Excel
- Customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or any administrative work that requires a high attention to detail
Must have a high school diploma
Ability to pass pre-screening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test and background check

Parking: Please Park in one of our two building lots only. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is on Halsted. If you are unsure, please ask one of our staff members when you enter the building, and they will guide you on where to park.
