Serving projects across Central Florida, this company offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex, unique projects ranging from $5,000 to $5 million. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing and Mechanical Estimator position include:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing and mechanical estimation
• Proficiency in plumbing and mechanical codes, with strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Trimble Estimation software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam Revu
• Prepare detailed estimates, gather bid documents, and perform site inspections
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and project managers
• Manage the entire bidding process from RFP to project award
• Maintain electronic filing systems and develop strong vendor relationships
• Ensure project profitability by managing estimates throughout the construction phase

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonuses based on company performance.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including ESOP (3-5%), 401(k) with a 3% grant, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and paid time off.
