NexGen is searching for high performing Sales Associate/Project Manager for our plumbing department here at Nexgen.
As a Project Manager with Nexgen you will be outfitted with the latest plumbing equipment such as leak detection devices and line locators, to bluetooth cameras and wireless monitoring devices.
This position will require a valid drivers license as well as a current Home Improvement Sales License issued by the State of California.
The job responsibilities of a Project Manager involves call by call situational awareness, as well as supervision of active plumbing job sites and multiple service technicians on a day to day basis. Project managers are required to ensure a superior customer experience with all of Nexgen's customers by being an effective communicator and maintaining a strong work ethic.
This position requires a high level of organizational, verbal and nonverbal communications skills.
Project Managers are expected to attend weekly sales meetings as well as service and install check ins daily.

What Will I Do?
- Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards
Determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales - Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process
- Educate potential customers on value: Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products
- Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
- Attend appointments with customers as scheduled
- Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Must have proven track record of high-end sales closing
- Drive to operate in a full commission, high earning environment
- Willingness to learn plumbing sales techniques
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- An in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems
- Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
- Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector
- Experience and knowledge of Plumbing and Process systems for residential and commercial dwellings
- Have an understanding of general Plumbing design with have an overall general knowledge of Plumbing material costs
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
