Plumbing Parts Runner - Heritage Home Service

Join Heritage as a Plumbing Parts Runner and become a vital link in our team of field technicians. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of parts, materials, and equipment to job sites, enabling our technicians to provide exceptional service to our customers.

This is an entry level role for our plumbing department with a growth pathway to our plumbing apprenticeship program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver parts, materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently from the warehouse to job sites as directed.

- Manage inventory to maintain accurate stock levels and promptly report any shortages or reordering needs.

- Maintain detailed records of deliveries for documentation and billing purposes.

- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely responses to urgent requests.

- Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained and comply with safety regulations while driving and delivering parts.

- Provide excellent customer service by representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical fitness to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
