Plumbing - Project Manager/Estimator 

A top HVAC and Plumbing provider in IOWA has an excellent opportunity for an EXPERIENCED Plumbing Project Manager to join their team immediately! 

JOB DUTIES

• Estimate and Sell Plumbing Construction Projects
• Assist with Submittal Process
• Coordinate field personnel on projects sold
• Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Manage Projects to ensure profitability and performance
• Assist With Project Closeouts

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
