Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Journeyman Plumber's License or higher, issued by the State of Pennsylvania or the relevant local municipality.
- Proven success in Plumbing and Sewer Management with a minimum of ten (10) years of industry experience.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record, free of major violations.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan with a strong aptitude for technology.
- Provide expert oversight and guidance to a team of Service Technicians, with a focus on building strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional service and value.
- Drive revenue growth through the application of ethical sales strategies, supported by comprehensive training, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Assist Service Technicians in identifying bid opportunities, preparing accurate estimates, and effectively communicating those estimates to clients.
- Ensure full compliance with State Plumbing regulations across all Service Technicians.
- Proactively address and resolve customer service issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Regularly evaluate team performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Stay informed of industry trends and integrate best practices into operational procedures.
