**Position Overview:**
The Plumbing Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our plumbing service department, ensuring the highest level of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the plumbing service department, including service technicians, dispatchers, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, including response times, job completion rates, and customer feedback, and make adjustments as needed to achieve targets.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of service calls to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians, including troubleshooting complex issues and recommending solutions.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing service operations, with a proven track record of success in a managerial or leadership role.

- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and components.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and plumbing service management software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
