Primary Responsibilities:

• Diagnose problems and/or failures in residential plumbing systems.
• Document all activities for the purpose of providing written support.
• Repair various systems or components to include toilets, sinks, vents, faucets, water softeners, garbage disposals, sewer lines, vacuum breakers, hot water heaters, etc.
• Tests for leaks in new and repaired systems with compressed air and/or water.
• Requests equipment and supplies to maintain proper inventory levels and ensure availability of materials.
• Explains to the client each service performed each time a maintenance or repair is completed and ensures complete customer satisfaction.
• Provides pricing to the customer for approval prior to performing any work.

Job Qualifications:

• P-1 or P-2 CT Trade License is a MUST HAVE!
• Applicants must have a non-expired driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Outgoing, professional, clean cut and drug-free.
• Demonstrate the proper and safe use of tools and related equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.

Compensation: $35-45/hourly (dependent on experience)

Hiring Bonus: $10,000
