Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family residential environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
• Work with various piping materials, including copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, and PEX.
• Identify sources of leaks both internally and externally.
• Perform drain cleaning and manage sewage backup issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
• Identify appropriate materials and quantities for projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work assignments and repairs.
• Install environmentally friendly plumbing equipment.
• Utilize specialized welding techniques for small pipes or unique piping needs.
• Perform additional related duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience in multi-family maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Plumber certifications are a plus (not mandatory).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
• Must be flexible, dependable, and a team player.
• Travel may be required for this position.
• A valid, updated driver’s license is essential.
• Must have own vehicle and necessary tools.
