Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family residential environments. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and maintain plumbing systems using various piping materials, including copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, and PEX.
• Detect and address leaks within buildings, both internally and externally.
• Perform drain cleaning and troubleshoot sewage backups.
• Interpret blueprints and job specifications related to plumbing tasks.
• Identify necessary materials and quantities for various projects.
• Review building codes and specifications to ensure compliance in work procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of work assignments and repairs.
• Repair, remove, or replace plumbing system components as needed.
• Install eco-friendly plumbing equipment, such as flow restrictors and tankless water heaters.
• Utilize specialized welding techniques for small pipes or unique piping systems.
• Complete additional related duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience in multi-family maintenance or a related field.
• Journeyman or Master plumber license/ certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though not required.
• Must be flexible, dependable, and a strong team player.
• Travel may be required for this position.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are essential.
• Must use own vehicle and tools.
