- Team Management: Leading and motivating project team members, facilitating communication, and resolving conflicts.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed through regular updates, status reports, and meetings.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
- Closing: Completing project deliverables, obtaining stakeholder approval, and conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
Real Estate Development Director
