PMO Analyst
Location: NY
Duration: 6 - 12 months
Rate: DOE

Looking for an experienced PMO Analyst. In this role, you will support the Program Manager in tracking status of program deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables; program level risk and issue co-ordination; monitoring the status of projects transitioning into normal service; coordination of the regular project and program level reporting cycles; co-ordination of project Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews, Program level workshops. The PMO Analyst will also provide project support to ensure project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date.
Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:
• Bachelors of Science Degree or equivalent
• Prior experience as a PMO Analyst coordinating large programs (preferably in Financial Services)
• Experience managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle
• Experience working within a structured project management framework (Agile experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of the importance for detail and organization
• Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
• Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
• A strong customer centric approach.
