About the Job
this role is more of a change management person, a person who can analyze current processes and document and track changes in the workflow, they will need to have a analytical exp but not as heavy into a data reporting and analysis.
Description:
Skill set should include
- Prior experience in Telcom/ Construction/ design, prior training or education experience preferred
- Process Analysis experience required: Experience writing standard operating procedures, PowerPoint, Microsoft suite experience & Fluency required
- Create documents that explain how the department processes flow in collaboration with the Lead PM team & Operations groups
- Create a plan: Make a structured plan for the process.
- Assign tasks: Assign tasks to people who will be involved in the process.
- Test the process: Test the process after creation with core SME’s
- Helps develop & implements with the training group
- Integrate the process: Integrate the process into the company's operations.
- Make changes: Make any changes to the process that are needed.
- Document and define all version/ changes in change log within the process document
- Ensure everyone understands the processes and can follow easily.
