The PMO ERP Project Manager (SAP) will oversee a multi-phase project focused on upgrading the SAP ERP environment to an on-premise cloud S/4 HANA system, along with a dedicated data migration effort. In addition to managing these core tasks, the Project Manager will coordinate with other development teams and address various strategic aspects, including resource strategy, data archiving and cleansing, cloud provider selection, landscape configuration, and the overall interrelated project schedules. Furthermore, the Project Manager will work closely with an Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) vendor to assist with RFP reviews, project scope definition, and providing subject matter expert (SME) guidance.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts as required, using organization or other established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
- Build and manage the detailed & integrated project plan and schedule that captures all task-level detail with deliverables, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies, while mapping the critical path.
- Plan and schedule resources efficiently by ensuring that the right resources are allocated & available to the right project activities at the right time.
- Forecast and enable resource capacity planning in a dynamically changing business environment. It is critical to forecast and get real-time foresight into project resourcing, so that the project can take corrective actions ahead of time.
- Establish project governance framework with a structured approach to govern the project activities. This framework must have well-defined roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope.
- Perform project management duties through the entire project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling, and closing.
- Conduct Lessons Learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
- Coordinate all project activities with System Integrator Project Managers, including interrelated projects within the landscape.
- Manage all project artifacts, including signoffs.
- Adhere to the PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts.
- Ten (10) years of expertise in Project Management, managing projects of various size and subject matter, including but not limited to integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management.
- Able to manage high-profile subject matter vendors within the on-premesis and cloud landscape.
- Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP/ERP.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience with multi-year projects.
- Strong skills with leadership, conflict management, and negotiation.
- Must have expert-level knowledge and extensive experience in creating and maintaining integrated plans in MS Project and/or MS Project online.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation skills.

- ServiceNow experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
- Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
- ERP Implementation and Transformation experience is a plus.
