Our client, a global financial services firm and a market leader in securities, asset management and credit services, is seeking an PMO Lead
Location: West Conshohocken, PA
Position Type: Contract
Job Summary:
VP level, Term to perm If possible—Candidate will focus on reorganizing the PMO function, develop project reporting and regular Candance for Senior Technology management and BU management.
Ensure proper governance is in place for Project Portfolio for IM Technology: Staffing plans, project plan updates, and change control.
Manage annual budget process for the Division—Develop new processes to incorporate Agile squads and waterfall development.
Skills Ask:
• Someone that has a vision to build out what they need especially with reporting.
• Work with the head of the PMO
• Staffing planner
• Governance activities – making sure the proper resources are allocated to the proper projects on a monthly basis.
• This role will flush out what the reporting looks like, what does the process look like, what is the Governance around reporting and how do they get it done.
• This role is a little bit more organizational based.
• Someone that can work with the Head of the PMO to buildout a recording view, recording deck.
• Work on the budget that is coming out in the next couple of months so this person would flush out the divisional budget (A lot of prep work around this)
