Are you a master at managing projects and leading diverse teams? Bring your expertise to the Enterprise Platform Transformation (EPT) team at Marvin! We're looking for a Project Management Office Manager to handle the management and delivery of the Marvin EPT initiative to evolve our operating model.
This position involves coordinating workstream activities, collaborator & sponsor meetings, managing resource plans & program budgets and will be the primary contact for our solution implementation partner.
Highlights of your role:
- Project Management and Reporting: Manage and track program goals, and provide program level reporting that including status reports, risks, budgets, timelines, and achievements.
- Strategy and Governance: Establish, manage and implement program governance, communication strategies and standards for project documentation
- Team Management: Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers on the program team
- Support the EPT Technology and Business Leaders as needed to ensure the program initiative is completed on time and within budget
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft software solutions & project management tracking/software tools – Azure DevOps experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an expertise in setting and managing customer expectations
Strong critical thinking and strategic thought leadership, and Technology Transformation experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience
5+ Years of building, leading, and mentoring diverse, high-performing teams
Ability to travel to other facilities as needed
