Position Title: PMO Project Manager - Senior
Skillset: The Sr. Project Manager for Digital Technology Smart Properties Integration and Capital Construction is responsible for managing delivery of Digital Technology (DT) project scope for all DT services on Client s Stations, Facilities, Properties & MOW for Capital Construction projects for entire enterprise Portfolio.
***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
Skillset: The Sr. Project Manager for Digital Technology Smart Properties Integration and Capital Construction is responsible for managing delivery of Digital Technology (DT) project scope for all DT services on Client s Stations, Facilities, Properties & MOW for Capital Construction projects for entire enterprise Portfolio.
- At least 10 years of experience on large-scale construction and redevelopment projects such as transportation facilities (stations, airports, transit hubs), corporate office buildings, and operations command centers.
- Knowledge of how Technology Design and Deployment lifecycle aligns and integrates with the Architectural and Engineering Construction lifecycles.
- Experience managing Engineering design and deployment of technology infrastructure specifically building renovations, restacks, relocations, cabling, network, and systems.
- Experience managing Engineering design, deployment and integration of multiple technologies such as Audio/Visual systems, Content Management Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, and Access Control Systems.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication/presentation skills
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.
- Hybrid work schedule 2 days per work in the office, based on project needs.
