Overview/Summary:
As a POC Buyer in the Group Business Services Procurement Operations Center, you will provide outstanding service to internal stakeholders by validating and satisfying operational procurement tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders by being responsive and proactive to work task assignments
• Working with stakeholders across all areas of the business and regions
• Prioritizing and planning daily workflow which includes management, monitoring and reporting of task progression through completion
• Supplier negotiation as required
• Operating and complying with all Procurement processes and procedures
• Invoice resolution for blocked or stalled invoices
• Supplier communications/declarations
• Global Vendor Master Management
• Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Request for Quotes
• Rework Purchase Orders
• Task request inbox management
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience or
• Bachelor's with 0-1+ years of experience or
• 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for consideration for this opportunity
Preferred Requirements:
• Minimal procurement experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
