The POD Contracts Manager manages all deviated costs from our suppliers. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and drive to solution on complex problems. The Contracts Manager will lead the team of contract analysts and assist in various projects that ultimately drive efficiency and accuracy in the POD Contract process.

Responsibilities:You will:
- Develop a thorough understanding of vendor pricing contracts process and POD rebate requirements by vendor.
- Assign and maintain proper workload of vendor assignments to rebate contract team members.
- Onboard and train new team members.
- Assist with creating tools and procedures to ensure data integrity, accuracy and minimization of rebate denials.
- Liaison with IT department, suppliers and sales teams
- Monitor the flow pricing contract documents to verify that all deviated costs are properly linked by item and customer.
- Assist with acquisition integrations.
- Manage the consolidation of pricing contract data from ERP integrations.
- Diagnose and solve issues with contracts and work with team to correct.
- Oversea rebate discrepancy reports and the reconciliations with the vendors.
- Work on KPI reporting for contracts department.
Salary - 65,000.00
Qualifications:You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience within distribution & Contracts
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
- Analytical skills: Ability to think objectively and interpret meaning of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Data: Ability to work with large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach: Ability to build effective relationships with our Sales teams, Source suppliers, Purchasing teams, Bids teams and others.
