Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support police officers in their duties to maintain public safety and order.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of team performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and activities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and community organizations.
• Enforce laws and regulations effectively and ethically.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid North Carolina police officer certification.
• Completion of Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET).
• Previous experience in law enforcement; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and professionalism.
