- Innovate: Bring fresh thinking to our recruitment and engagement efforts. Continuously improve the recruitment process, adapting to the evolving needs of both NRG and our clients. Introduce creative solutions for engaging influencers and ensuring long-term retention.
- Experience: You bring 3-5 years of experience in B2B recruitment, project management, or high profile influencer engagement, with a focus on corporate reputation, policy, or market research. Experience engaging with high-level experts, academics, journalists, or former policymakers is a strong advantage.
