• Assist customers with service inquiries and appointments.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with technicians to address customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Porsche vehicles is a plus.
