JOB SCOPE: Provides cleaning services and minor repairs to the Residential facility and individual apartments.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of routine power tools and cleaning equipment.

Working knowledge of NYC Building Codes and City Regulations.

Basic computer skills; Internet Search, Microsoft Office

CPR/First Aid (must obtain Certification within 6 month of employment and maintain throughout duration of employment.)

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Effective customer services skills

Ability to interact with staff and residents.

Excellent cleaning skills

Minor maintenance and repair skills

Good communication skills

Well organized with attention to detail

Ability to effectively manage time

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred OR Minimum two (2) years’ experience in building cleaning requires, with general building maintenance skills desirable.
