Portfolio Delivery and Governance Lead
Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ - Hybrid
6 Months Contract to hire
Job Description:
The AAE Portfolio Lead will be responsible for running architecture and portfolio governance of all major programs across Client North America. This includes Architecture Governance(building permit process and Governance), Manage and deliver Architecture Strategies(IT Roadmaps, Cloud Migration Strategy, API Strategy, Paltform Strategy), Portfolio Governance( Product delivery, Vendor Management, Time management, Finance management, Audits etc..). Have strong knowledge of enterprise architecture models like TOGAF, strong program management discipline, application portfolio management products like MS Power point, Planview-Troux or Service Now, Clarity, Power BI, MS Visio etc.
The Portfolio Lead will work closely with onsite and offshore program managers, NA architects, Delivery and Governance Leads to provide the following services:
• Responsible for running architecture and portfolio governance of all major programs across Client North America.
• Responsible for running and support the architecture reviews and building permit process across the full lifecycle of projects with help of Junior associates
• With help of Junior associates support day to day operations for the NA Portfolio in the areas of SOW, Clarity Reports, Finance Reports, Budgets, Compliance, Audits and PMO controls
• Project management and delivery support for major programs
• Coordinate with Architects to deliver Enterprise strategy initiatives like Enterprise Platform strategy, Cloud migration strategy and API Strategy
• Responsible for coordinating all architecture governance process and technology standards across NA
• Work with leads and architects of each line of business to ensure the application portfolio is up to date
• Work with lead app, data, infra architects to ensure that technology choices and patterns are well documented and follow enterprise guidelines
• Produce operational status reports, strategy, and roadmap presentations for senior stakeholders
• Coordinate the building permit and governance process with other program managers from infrastructure, enterprise architecture, security, and compliance
• Strong presentation, communication, and Documentation skills
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of Enterprise Portfolio Strategy and Governance
• 2-4 years of product and project delivery life cycle
• Experience in Building strong relations with Management, Vendors and Partners
• Strong presentation, communication, and management reporting skills
• 2 years of latest Cloud Technologies, Integration and API Platform implementations
• At least 2 years of experience in design, development, testing and delivery of production worthy systems of which at least 3 years should be of managing projects in Agile model (Scrum)
• Experience managing a technical or system implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
