About the Job
PORTFOLIO MANAGER:
Primary Responsibilities include:
· Monitor, rebalance and trade client portfolios utilizing our trading platform
· Maintain client information in account tracking databases
· Manage the transition and implementation of new clients and new assets to assigned models
· Tax harvest positions as needed
· Providing strategic input as a part of our investment committee
· Prepare investment reports and economic research for monthly investment committee meetings
· Identify and implement process improvements where applicable
· Assist advisors with pre and post client meeting preparation
· Provide administrative assistance to the team as directed by senior leadership
Education, License, Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, Series 7 and series 66 or obtained within 120 days
· Experience/proficiency with taxation of different account types and investment tax rules
· Proficiency in Excel
· Detail oriented
· Strong communication skills and team-oriented mentality
· Ability to multitask and work independently with little oversight
